Process Overview report
You can configure an embedded worksheet based on a Process Overview report. The application's embedded grid control, with predefined report layouts, is used to display the worksheet.
To configure embedded worksheets:
- Select Configuration > Common > Worksheets.

New and select
Standard Worksheet. Specify this information:
- Name
- A unique name of the worksheet.
- Display Name
- The name to be displayed in the application.
- Type
- The type of the worksheet. Select Standard.
- Report Source
- The source of the report based on which the worksheet is configured. Select Embedded.
- Report
- The type of the report. Select Process Overview.
- System
- If this check box is selected, the worksheet is system-defined.
- Enabled
- If this check box is selected, you can view the worksheet in the specified module.
- Available Offline
- By default, this check box is cleared and cannot be modified.
- Module
- The module in which the worksheet can be viewed.
Possible values:
- Finance
- Demand
- Supply
- Integrated
- Workbook
- The workbook in which the worksheet is grouped. You can select a workbook from the required module or specify a new workbook.
- Tags
- The tags for the worksheets. The tags are used to group common configuration elements such as calculation rules or measures.
- Users
- The users who can access the worksheet. Note: By default, the current user is specified.
- Roles
- The role(s) of the user(s) authorized to access
the worksheet. Note: If users or roles are not selected, by default, the current user is authorized to access the worksheet.

In the
Data Parameters tab, specify
this information:

- Select the parameters for the report. The parameters
applicable for the
Process Overview report:
Field Name Mandatory Description rv_tasks Tasks No Specified in the XML format, used to list the tasks linked to the required step and the worksheet for each task defined in the Cycle Process. rv_this_step Process Step No The default process step to highlight and display tasks in the calendar. The process step is retrieved from the workflow definition in the Cycle Process. - Description
- The description of the parameter.
- Value
- The data value that must be included in the report, for the selected parameter.
- Enabled
- If this check box is selected, the parameter is used in the worksheet.
- Click Save.
