Uploading Planning Engine

  1. Select Process > Planning Engines. The list of planning engines is displayed.
  2. Select the required planning engine.
  3. Click Upload Planning Engine. The Upload Planning Engine screen is displayed.
  4. Specify this information:
    Upload from Browser
    Allows you to navigate and select the required file to upload.
    Note: If this option is set to On, the Data Source and File Name fields are disabled.
    Data Source
    The name of the data source used to upload the Planning Engine. Possible types data sources which can be used are:
    • File
    • S3
    • FTP
    File Name
    The name of the .zip file to upload.
    Name
    A unique name of the planning engine.
    Note: If this value is not specified, the name of the planning engine specified in the uploaded file is considered.
    Display Name
    The name that is displayed for the planning engine.
    Note: If this value is not specified, the display name of the planning engine specified in the uploaded file is considered.
    Category
    The category to which the planning engine is to be linked.
    Note: If this value is not specified, the category specified in the uploaded file is considered.
    Roles
    The roles authorized to access planning engine after uploading.
    Note: If this value is not specified, the roles specified in the uploaded file are considered.
  5. Click OK. The planning engine is uploaded, and the Job Manager screen is displayed after successful validation of the specified information.
