Editing scenario access

To edit the access rights for a scenario:

  1. Select Process > Cycle Periods.
  2. Select a cycle period and click Details icon.
  3. In the Scenarios pane, select a scenario and click the Details icon.
  4. On the Scenario page, click Edit Access.
  5. In the Scenario Access Rights window, specify this information:
    Users
    Select the users who can access the scenario.
    Roles
    Select the roles authorized to access the scenario.
    Note: You must assign at least one user or role to the scenario.
  6. Click OK.
