Defining tags

Tags are used to group common configuration elements such as cycles or measures. To define tags:

  1. Select Configuration > Common > Tags.
  2. Click New.
  3. Specify this information:
    Name
    A unique name for the tag.
    Note: You cannot modify Name once the tag is created.
    Display Name
    The name to be displayed in the application.
    System
    Indicates if the tag is system defined (cannot be edited) or user defined.
    Note: This option is set to On for the tags defined by the system.
  4. Click Save. The tag is added to the repository folder.
