Editing worksheets

To edit the worksheet:

  1. Select Configuration > Common > Worksheets.
  2. Click the Details icon of the worksheet.
  3. Click Edit. Modify this information:
    Name
    The name of the worksheet.
    Display Name
    Specify the name to be displayed in the application. This is an optional field.
    Repository Folder
    The folder in which the worksheet is stored, selected from a list of the defined folders. Each folder is based on a Repository, or Project, or Report Catalog in the OLAP Server.
    Repository Report Name
    The name by which the worksheet is referred to in the application's worksheet repository. This name is used to identify the report in the selected Repository, or Project, or Report Catalog. This field is enabled and displayed only if the repository folder is selected for the worksheet.
    Users

    Specify the users who can access the worksheet.

    Module
    The module to which the worksheet is linked. For example, Finance.
    Workbook

    The workbook group to be used when listing the worksheets for the module.

    Tags
    Select the tags for the worksheets. These are used to group common configuration elements such as calculation rules or measures.
    Roles

    Specify the list of roles authorized to access the worksheet.

  4. To pass additional parameters or data to the report, on the Data Parameters tab, specify this information:
    Description
    A description of the parameter in application.
    Value
    The data value to be passed to the report when the report is viewed.
    Report Parameter Name
    The parameter name in the SCP worksheet repository to which the value is passed. The parameter name is based on the predefined variables in the OLAP Server report definition.
  5. To specify additional parameters, click New.
  6. Click Submit.
