Defining note options for a cycle
You can default notes when saving scenario changes and/or recalculating a worksheet's planning data, during a cycle.
To define note options for a cycle:
- Select Configuration > Cycles > Cycles.
 - 
            Specify this information on the Note Options tab:
            
- Force Add Note
 -  To view the Add
                           Note window, select these check boxes, in the Saving Scenario
                        Changes and Recalculating Worksheets panes respectively, when: 
- A user saves changes to an editable scenario. The user must specify details of the changes made to the scenario, during the edit.
 - A user recalculates the planning data in a worksheet. The user must specify details of the changes made to the scenario, during the edit of the worksheet.
 
 
- Default Note Type
 - Specify the default note type that is used for the selected note event.
 
- Default Note Severity
 - Specify the default severity of the note event.
 
- Default Note Summary
 - Specify a default description of the event that is being logged.
 
Note: If the Add Note window is displayed for the note event, you can change the default values.
