Configurable Batch Reports

New feature added to enable users to define the reports which display batches that have been scheduled on the defined resources in a model. This is an extension to the existing static ‘Resource Report’. Reports are defined using the Configuration module.

These fields are available for display:

  • batchCode
  • batchRemarks
  • changeoverDuration
  • Description
  • Duration
  • endOutflow
  • externalBatchCode
  • flowFrom
  • flowTo
  • Product
  • productUnit
  • Quantity
  • relatedOrders
  • Resource
  • resourceGroup
  • resourceMemo
  • setupDuration
  • startInflow

The report definition supports applying a user description to columns when viewing the report and specifying a column width, else a default is applied based on the column type.

Each report can be configured to be viewed by certain users and roles; these reports are not linked to a scheduling model. Access to a report allows viewing this same report definition across multiple models.

Reports are grouped in the menu by user-defined categories for display in each applicable model. Accessible reports can be viewed in each model for either the Master model or Published model.

Note:
  • A limitation in the current version prevents the report appearing for both the Master model and Published model, only one of the Display Report option must be enabled in the report configuration.
  • By default, this feature is enabled, however access to configure user-defined reports requires new permissions assigned to one of the user roles. These permissions are added to the standard Production Scheduling Main System Administrator role upon loading the base template (base.zip) for this version.
