Resource capacities using shift pattern and shift details

Previously, APSCO Integration has been using the resource capacities based on availability calendars. With the recent revision and improvement of the SCV capacity model, the APSCO Integration has been updated to start using the new SCV tables holding the shift pattern-based resource capacities. The SP_V_RESOURCE_CALENDARS is updated to fetch resource capacities from SC_RESOURCE_SHIFT_CAPACITY instead of SC_CALENDAR_PERIOD (availability calendars).

The SP_V_RESOURCE_CALENDARS view has been updated to use the above-mentioned tables as source.

This feature is enabled after appending the apsco integration template (apsco.zip) for this version.
