Content enhancements for extended order details

Supply Planning Transactional Data interface services are updated to map new order-related fields in SCV. This is an extension to platform enhancements in the previous release. The Supply Planning content is now updated to map additional fields in applicable transactional data interface services.

Standard interfaces Import and Export additional order details making ERP order numbers and SCP order numbers available in SCP.

These import interface services are updated:

  • SPLS - SCV - Import Firm Planned Production Orders
  • SPLS - SCV - Import Firm Planned Purchase Orders
  • SPLS - SCV - Import Firm Planned Transfer Orders
  • SPLS - SCV - Import Open Production Orders
  • SPLS - SCV - Import Open Purchase Orders
  • SPLS - SCV - Import Open Transfer Orders
  • SPLS - SCV - Import Planned Production Orders
  • SPLS - SCV - Import Planned Purchase Orders
  • SPLS - SCV - Import Planned Transfer Orders
  • SPLS - SCV -Import Production Firm Production Orders
  • SPLS - SCV -Import Purchase Firm Purchase Orders
  • SPLS - SCV -Import Transfer Firm Transfer Orders
  • SPLS - SCV -Import Production Scheduled Production Orders
  • SPLS - SCV -Import Purchase Scheduled Purchase Orders
  • SPLS - SCV -Import Transfer Scheduled Transfer Orders

These export interface services are updated:

  • SPLS - SCV -Export Values SC_PROD_PLAN_FXD orders
  • SPLS - SCV -Export Values SC_PURCHASE_PLAN_FXD orders
  • SPLS - SCV -Export Values SC_TRANSFER_PLAN_FXD orders

New status columns are available in SCV in all entities that store imported order data from the ERP. In PLAN entities that hold plan results published by SCP applications, only the new entities introduced by Business Plan changes contain these columns, for example SC_PRODUCTION_PLAN. Older tables, which are split by status, do not contain the new columns, for example SC_PROD_PLAN_PLND. Hence not all interface services are updated.

Mappings are updated as follows:

  • ERPOrderNumber --> order_number
  • ERPLineNumber --> line_number
  • ERPScheduledLineNumber --> schedule_line_number
  • ERPSubLineNumber --> subline_number
  • SCPOrderNumber --> scp_order_number
Note: Not all columns are available in all tables. For example, line_number is only available for purchase and transfer orders but not for production orders. All columns available in the source tables are mapped in the interface services. ERP and SCP Order Status fields are not mapped in this version, due to a limitation.

This feature is enabled after appending the supply planning template (spls.zip) for this version. No additional role or privilege is required to access this feature.
