Additional filter parameters

The SCV program PURGE_PLAN now accepts theseg new filter parameters:

PLAN_SUBTYPE
PLAN_VALUE_STATUS
PLAN_VALUE_TYPE
EXPORT_STATUS

The columns corresponding to the new parameters may not exist in all PLAN tables. The program checks the existence of the column before applying the purge filter. If the column does not exist, a warning message is logged.

Note: By default, this feature is enabled. No additional role or privilege is required to access this feature.
