Updated navigation for Plan Interrogation

Additional changes are made to the Plan Interrogation workbench default display and navigation. There are changes to the selection process and general flow (links) to plan details.

The purpose is to improve responsiveness of the initial view and allow context selections to drive additional detail, particularly the removal of aggregated rolling stock views which have a high cost, impacting the responsiveness of the plan when making changes or interrogating details.

The workbench now includes a context-driven Notes panel displaying the relevant note information for the current preference.

The new general flow can be outlined as follows:

Alerts: Highlighted issues inside the Exception Horizon
Selections: All elements by Type

From Alerts and Selection Panels you can drill to the list of corresponding elements, known as Exception lists:

Location
Customer
Stock
Supplier
Production
Shipment
Resource

From these exception lists, you can drill into plan details on each element.

These changes to the layout, navigation and process flow are designed to be used alongside the new plan review workbenches also added to this release.

This feature is enabled after appending the base template (base.zip) and the supply planning template (spls.zip); for all roles with access to the existing workbench.
