Import district definitions from M3

District details in M3 are now imported to SCV as regions.

M3 districts have been already modeled in SCV as address attributes of other entities, such as locations and customers. Now detailed district information (including name and description) from M3 is also available in SCV as a separate entity, allowing users to define hierarchies using region details, including region IDs, names and/or descriptions.

The CRS140MI_LstDistrict_ST_M3_IN_CRS140MI_LstDistrict new BOI has been added.

The CRS140MI_LstDistrict new entity has been added.

The ST_M3_IN_CRS140MI_LstDistrict, in table area M3_Import new M3 import staging table has been registered.

The ST_V_M3_REGION new database views has been added.

The ST_V_M3_CUSTOMER, populate column region_clv_id as reference to the region entity database view has been updated.

The BASE_ST_V_M3_REGION-SI_REGION new mapping has been added.

The M3 In - ST_M3_IN_CRS140MI_LstDistrict new datasheet has been added.
