Changes in SCV related to Customer Allocations interface enhancements

Customer Allocations interface definition in Supply Chain Optimization is modified to source the data from these SCV Core tables in addition to the SC_ITEM_SALES table used previously:

• SC_ITEM_NPI
• SC_ITEM_CUSTOMER
• SC_DEMAND_PLAN_AGGR

The SCV model is extended to support this functionality.

These entities have been updated to add the min_service_level, backlog_allowed_flag and backlog_penalty_factor properties as imported and extended properties:

• ITEM_NPI
• ITEM_CUSTOMER
• ITEM_LOCATION

These entities have been updated to add the demand_time_fence property as imported and extended property:

• ITEM_SALES
• ITEM_NPI
• ITEM_CUSTOMER

Datasheets in these categories have been created or updated corresponding to the entity changes:

• SCV Core
• SCV Core Profile
• SCV UD
• SCV Ex
