Import resource shift definitions from M3 (in parallel to the existing import of resource capacities)

Shift pattern and shift model details, shift pattern adjustments and shift overrides are now imported from M3. When the capacity information in M3 is available at resource level, together with day capacity percentage in M3 system calendars, this new information is used to calculate the net capacities for each resource and per shift. When the capacity information in M3 is available at resource unit level, the net capacities are first calculated at resource unit level for each shift and aggregated to net capacities at resource level per shift.

Note: The new shift pattern-based capacities imported from M3 are not used by any CloudSuite SCP application at this moment. Planning applications still use the existing availability calendars based on PDS016MI-LstDailyCapacity. The applications switch to use the new capacities in a later release of CloudSuite SCP, which may result in further enhancements to the solution delivered in this release.
