New Data Error check for circular Bill of Materials (BOM) definitions

A new exception KPI is added to the Data Errors workbench for reference where an item is available in both inflow and outflow on the same production process, also known as a circular Bill of Materials (BOM).

This functionality provides additional checks to identify data errors prior to create a new plan (solve) and can prevent cases where no planned production for a process is possible due to a configuration problem.

This measure and associated calculation rule (SPLS_ERROR_CIRCULAR_BOM) is added:

Data Error: (Critical) An Item is both inflow and outflow on the same BOM

The Data Errors worksheet is updated to include the exception KPI where an item return a non-zero value for the current context. The KPI appears within the updated panel:
