Extensibility: SetAppVariable at scenario level

The macro command SetAppVariable can now be executed for macros of Type=Scenario, in addition to Type=System. This supports updating the value of an application variable for the duration of a macro run in the context of a scenario, or until the value is updated by another macro step.

Note:

By default, this feature is enabled and no additional role or privilege is required to access this feature.
To create or modify a macro of Type = Scenario, add a macro step to the SetAppVariable command.
