Macros to create budget from Forecast for context

New macros are added to create a budget from the forecast for the current worksheet context. This is an enhancement to an existing process for creating a budget from forecast, adding selections based on context.

These macros are added:

Create Budget from Forecast (context)
Create Budget from Forecast - Next Year (context)

This feature is enabled after appending the base template (base.zip) and the demand planning template (dpls.zip) for this version. By default, this feature is enabled. No additional role or privilege is required to access this feature. The macro is accessible to the same standard roles with access to the existing macros that create budget from forecast for all combinations.
