Extensibility: Preserve display names on Load Template with Append
Display names for these entities are preserved when loading a template with Append to Existing Settings = True and Reset Customizations = False.

- These are the default options on the Load Template maintenance configuration screen. Reset customization must be used when loading a template with Append:Using a standard template to reset implementation changes, is no longer required.
- Migrating a customer template between environments and maintaining the entity display names from the source instance.
This feature applies the measure and worksheet display names within the template.
