Changes related to formulas

The SP_V_FORMULAS new view has been added to support formulas.

The two previously used views, SP_V_INFLOW_FORMULA and SP_V_OUTFLOW_FORMULA, have been merged into a single view to provide the details of the inflow and outflow formulas through the same APSCO interface.

These views have been deprecated and removed from the apsco template:

SP_V_INFLOW_FORMULA
SP_V_OUTFLOW_FORMULA

Note: This feature is enabled after appending the apsco integration template (apsco.zip) for this version no additional role or privilege is required to access this feature.
