Edit forecast panel added to Data Errors (negative forecast)

A new Edit Forecast Filtered panel is added to the Data Errors workbench.

The panel can be accessed through links from the Data Errors (Medium) worksheet panel for the "Data Error: (Negative) Negative Forecast" measure.

This passes the selected item and location context to the Edit Forecast Filtered panel. Actions can now be taken directly within the workbench for process exceptions, supporting review and adjustments of the forecast for item-location combinations with a negative forecast exception.

Note: This feature is enabled after appending the demand planning template (dpls.zip) for this version and is accessible to roles authorized to view this workbench.
