Optimization Solver Engine workbench layout changes

The ‘1. Optimization Solver Engine Workbench’ multi-panel worksheet is modified with a new Scenario View Chart panel, displaying breakdown cost data, total cost, revenue and profit for the current scenario.

This also improves performance and responsiveness of the initial view, without displaying the Scenario Comparison panel by default. This panel is still available for selection after the initial load of the workbench.

This feature is enabled after appending the supply planning template (spls.zip) for this version.
