Calculation Rules use filters to limit the prefetch size

Calculation rules are updated to include a target filter, based on hierarchy sets, to limit the calculation scope where applicable. This reduces the prefetch size in OLAP reducing initial memory load and improving rule performance.

This applies to most standard Demand calculation rules where the Calculation Scope is 'All Base Elements' and a filter is applicable without affecting the calculation result.

For example:

DPLS_FREV with sequence 10050. Added Filter = %periods:{{FutureBasePeriods}}

This feature is enabled after appending the base template (base.zip) and the demand planning template (dpls.zip) for this version.

Note: By default, this feature is enabled. No additional role or privilege is required to access this feature.
