New substitution variable
A new substitution variable, %user% is added that is translated to the current username
on execution of an interface service. This supports adding the user as an export
constant.
The variable is supported in interface services with an interface direction of Export.
By default, this feature is enabled. No additional role or privilege is required to access this feature. This feature is available to those users with access to configure interface services.
