Export added to SCV table interface services

The SCV table interface services for Type = Database now supports the Export interface direction. This functionality supports exporting data from an SCV table to another external database.

This feature is applicable only to On Premise or Single-Tenant deployments of Supply Chain Planning. The configuration option is enabled for Multi-Tenant (MT) but the execution of export interface in Multi-Tenant environment may result in an error. For exporting data to a database source in a Multi-Tenant environment the ExportToDataLake macro command is added in a previous version.

Note: By default, this feature is enabled and no additional role or privilege is required to access this feature.
