Extract loading docks from imported transportation routes

Transportation routes are already imported from M3 distribution relations. Now the same information is used to populate the new SCV entity for transportation docks (incoming and outgoing). Extract transportation docks from imported transportation routes to enable users manually specify the loading/unloading capacity.

These new views have been added:

• ST_V_M3_DISTRIBUTION_RELATION_OUT
• ST_V_M3_DISTRIBUTION_RELATION_OUT

These new mappings have been added:

• BASE_ST_V_M3_DISTRIBUTION_RELATION_OUT-SI_TRANSPORTATION_DOCK
• BASE_ST_V_M3_DISTRIBUTION_RELATION_IN-SI_TRANSPORTATION_DOCK

These macros have been updated:

• SCV - M3 Transfer Master Staging to Inbox Full
• SCV - M3 Transfer Supply Master Staging to Inbox Full

This feature is enabled after appending the m3 integration template (base for m3.zip) for this version. No additional role or privilege is required to access this feature.
