System Settings: ION API credentials

A new maintenance configuration screen is added to support uploading of ION API settings file. The settings file contains ION API credentials for the SCP tenant.

This enhancement is required to support the "Post to Ming.le" feature in cloud deployments.

Note: Access to the application settings screen requires a new permission: System Settings - Edit (Configuration). This permission is assigned to all default administration roles by appending the base template (base.zip) for this version.
