Worksheet configuration version for completed cycle periods

The improvement is to prevent errors, as providing data for a new release may trigger errors in updated worksheets when viewing the worksheets with older, completed cycle periods. For example, where new measures are included in the worksheet, where the new measures are unknown to the completed cycle period and versioned configuration of the cycle period. Since a Completed cycle period's configuration is fixed, this cannot be updated to incorporate new configuration.

The improvement applies to changes in all versioned configuration, such as measures, hierarchy sets and other configuration which is fixed in the context of existing completed cycle periods.

The version is applied from this release, so the existing incompatibilities (if any) between the worksheet definition and a cycle period remain is the same.

Cycle periods with the Running status continue to use the current worksheet configuration. Any changes to the worksheet configuration are automatically used for the cycle periods, without the using the Resume with Refresh option.

By default, this feature is enabled. No additional role or privilege is required to access this feature.
