Deprecated features

M3_EXECUTE_GENERATE_STAGING_TABLE program is discontinued.

This program has been already replaced in v19.7 by M3_EXECUTE_GENERATE_STAGING_ENTITY, which generates entity definitions for staging tables instead of creating the tables directly in the SCV database.

Any macro executing the discontinued program returns with error. The new macros delivered in v19.7 along with the new program must be used alternatively to generate entity definitions for M3 staging tables.
