Adding notes

You can add a note to a cycle period or scenario:

  1. Select one of these options:
    • Cycle or Cycle and Module > Add Note
    • Process > Cycle Periods > Cycle Period Details > Add Note
    • Process > Cycle Periods > Cycle Period Details > Scenarios > Scenario Details > Add Note
    • Cycle or Cycle and Module > Cycle Period Details > Cycle Periods > Scenario Details > Add Note
  2. Specify this information:
    Note Type
    Select one of the note types that are available on this page.
    Severity
    Specify the severity of the event:
    • Information
    • Warning
    • Critical
    Summary
    Specify a brief description of the event that is being logged.
    Include in Playbook
    If this check box is selected, the note is included in the playbook. A playbook includes the worksheet reports along with the associated notes (texts) for a cycle period that can be exported to another file format, and then used in presentations or meetings.
    Note: 
    • The user must have the "Include in Playbook [module]" permission for the current module.
    • Select the Export Playbook option on the Cycle Period Details pane, to export notes to a playbook.
    Post to Ming.le
    If this check box is selected, the note is posted to the social feed in Ming.le.
    Detail

    Specify any additional information.

  3. To add the note, click OK.
    If this page is started from the Viewing worksheets page, a thumbnail (screenshot) preview of the worksheet is automatically added to the note. You can click this preview to expand the image.
