Configuring multi-panel worksheets
You can create multi-panel worksheets to display multiple standard worksheets in a single screen.
To create multi-panel worksheets:
- Select Configuration > Common > Worksheets.

Click New and select MultiPanel Worksheet. Specify this information:
- Name
- Specify the name of the worksheet.
- Display Name
- Specify the name to be displayed in the application. This is an optional field.
- Type
- The type of worksheet. This value is defaulted based on the type of worksheet selected.
- Users
- Specify the users who can access the worksheet.
- System
- If this check box is selected, the worksheet is system generated.
- Enabled
- If this check box is selected, you can view the worksheet only in the specified module.
- Module
- Specify the cycle or cycle and module linked to the worksheet.
- Workbook
- Specify the workbook that must be used to group the worksheets.
- Tags
- The tag linked to the worksheet. Select from a list of pre-defined tags displayed in the Tags window. You can link one or more tags to a calculation rule. This option is used to group common elements, which can be linked to entities such as measures or worksheets.
- Roles
- Select the roles authorized to access the worksheet.

On the Layout tab, specify this information:
- First Panel Width (%)
- Specify the width of the 1st panel, as a percentage, in which the worksheet row must be displayed.
- Second Panel Width (%)
- Specify the width of the 2nd panel, as a percentage, in which the worksheet row must be displayed.
- Third Panel Width (%)
- Specify the width of the 3rd panel, as a percentage, in which the worksheet row must be displayed.
- Fourth Panel Width (%)
- Specify the width of the 4th panel, as a percentage, in which the worksheet row must be displayed.
- Row Height
- Specify the height of the row, in pixels.

On the Panels tab, specify this information:
- Panel
- Specify the name of the panel.
Note: The panel is selected based on the number of worksheet rows and panels defined for each row in the Layout tab.
- Worksheet
- Select the standard worksheet defined and enabled for the specified module.
- Layout
- Specify the location of the selected panel in the worksheet.
- Display on Load
- If this check box is selected, the panel is displayed in the location specified on the Layout tab, when you load the multi-panel worksheet.
Note: If this check box is cleared, the panel is displayed only using a panel link, as specified on the Panel Links tab.
- On the Panel Links and Worksheet Parameters tabs, specify the required information, see Adding data to the Panel Links tab for a multi-panel worksheet.
- Click OK.
- Click Submit and Back to List.
