Defining roles
This table shows the two user roles that are established with Price Management.
Note: Roles can be assigned to a user by only a system or IT
administrator.
| Roles | Description | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Price Analyst | This role can view, edit, create, and approve price changes. | A Price Analyst might be needed to create a price change, approve an existing price change, or research a specific price change at a given location. |
| IT Admin (ITA) | This role defines and manages users and roles. | The IT Admin can specify a role for a new user and manage the permissions of that role. |
