Location column hierarchy filter

The Location column includes a Location Hierarchy Filter that allows you to drill into a location level. You can use the picker to select a specific location, multiple locations, or sort the price data for groups of locations within a higher location level. You can also view the locations or group of locations that make up the location levels higher than the Location Level you select.

For example, if you select a Location Level of Metro, the Location column is automatically redisplayed with all the metros with item price data. You can use the Location Hierarchy Filter to view the metros that make up the regions within the supply chain. You can then use the filter to drill into multiple metros or like-stores within a metro to compare prices for an item and identify price trends.

Note: You can only select a location level in the Location Hierarchy Filter at the same level or at a higher level than the set Location Level. For example, if you select a Location Level of Metro, you can only select metros, regions, or the national level in the Location Hierarchy Filter. You cannot view or select stores.
