Managing price recommendations

When Infor ION sends price recommendations into the application, you can manage the recommendations by accepting or rejecting the suggested price.

Note: Users with the correct role permissions only can view and/or manage price recommendations. You may not have access to the Price Recommendation List or have the ability to manage price recommendations. Work with your system administrator for more information on your user's permissions.

If you accept a price recommendation, it's Status is changed from Pending to Accepted. A new price change is then created with a Status of Draft with the suggested price. You can then approve the price change or adjust the price before approving.

If you reject a price recommendation, it's Status is changed from Pending to Rejected and a new price change is not created. After you reject a price recommendation, it cannot be changed or modified.
