Location exclusions
Price Management allows you to exclude store locations from the price change if you create the price change at a higher location level than Store. When you exclude a location from a price change, the in-effect price for the item is active for all locations within the location level except for the excluded store.
For example, you want to create a price change for a metro group of stores except for two smaller store locations that carry fewer items than the other stores. You can select that metro during price change creation but exclude the smaller store locations within that metro so that the price change is not active for those stores.
Additionally, you can create an exclusion from an alert message if a validation alert occurs when you attempt to approve a price change with a conflicting location. See Excluding locations from approving a price change with alerts.
