Cloning store-level price changes

  1. Log in as the system or IT administrator.
  2. Select Navigation Menu > Store Management.
  3. Search for the store you want to apply prices changes to.
  4. Click the Duplicate icon for the new store. The Clone Store Price Changes page is displayed with a table of similar stores that can be duplicated.
  5. Identify the store you want to duplicate, and then click the Duplicate icon for this store.
    Note: You cannot apply a store's price changes to a store with existing items and prices.
  6. Price Management performs a system validation check to ensure the store clone process can be completed. If the system validation check is successful, the store cloning is processed. If the system validation check fails, an error message is displayed. You can click Retry to re-run the process or you can click Remove to cancel the attempt.
    Note: The alerts and errors generated during the system validation check are saved to the server so they can be accessed for troubleshooting. You must resolve any validation errors to successfully clone a store with existing price changes.
