Managing roles and permissions

  1. Log in as the system or IT administrator.
  2. Select Navigation Menu > Role Management.
  3. To edit a role's permissions:
    1. Select the role you want to edit, and then click the Edit icon.
    2. Select or deselect permissions from the Permissions list.
    3. Click the Save icon to save your changes.
  4. To delete a role:
    1. Select the role you want to remove from the list.
    2. Click the Delete icon. The role is automatically removed.
