Managing users and roles

  1. Log in as the system or IT administrator.
  2. Select Navigation Menu > User Management.
  3. Search for the user ID you want to manage.
  4. To edit a user's role:
    1. Click the Edit icon.
    2. Select the role(s) from the Role Name list.
    3. Click the Save icon to save your changes.
  5. To deactivate a user:
    1. Click the Edit icon.
    2. Select No in the Active column.
    3. Click the Save icon to save your changes. The user is no longer active.
