Creating users and assigning roles
- Log in as the system or IT administrator.
 - Select User Management.
 - Click Create Users.
 - 
				Specify the following fields:
				
- User ID
 - The identifying username of the user.
 
- Display Name
 - The name of the user that displays in the user interface, such
								as in the Created
									By column. This field is optional with a default
								value of userID
								Caution:It may take up to three minutes for the Display Name to take affect in Price Management after it is specified in User Management.
 
- Password
 - The password for the user.
 
 - Select a role from the Role Name list.
 - 
				Click Save. The
					user is automatically activated.
				Caution:Price Management does not verify the user ID until the user’s initial log in. It can take up to three minutes for a new user to be fully activated in the system and for the user's permissions to take affect after it is created.
