Role permissions

This table shows established role permissions that can be assigned to roles.

Note: Permissions can be assigned to a role by only a system or IT administrator.

Permissions	Description
Approve Price Changes	The ability to approve a price change and change its Status to Approved. This permission allows a user to trigger conflict checking against a price change and if successful, the price change is approved.
Approve Emergency Price Changes	The ability to approve a price change the same day it is created.
Audit Price Changes	The ability to view all actions performed against an approved price change during its life cycle from the Audit Price Changes page.
Create Price Changes	The ability to create a price change manually from the Price Change List in the user interface.
Edit Active Endless Price Change	The ability to end a regular price change with a date of today.
End Active Provisional Price Changes	The ability to end a provisional price change with a date of today.
Manage Price Change Attributes	The ability to create and maintain configurable price change attributes.
Manage Price Reasons	The ability to create and maintain custom price reasons.
Manage Roles	The ability to create and manage role permissions.
Manage Stores	The ability to manage and clone price changes from one store to a new store.
Manage Users	The ability to create and manage user role assignments.
Support Application	The ability to support the application such as an IT administrator.
Update Price Recommendations	The ability to update and manage price recommendations from the Price Recommendations List.
Upload Price Changes	The ability to upload price changes with a Status of Draft into the Price Change List for further action.
View Price Changes	The ability to view price changes in the user interface. This permission allows a user to view the Price Change List but not take any actions.
View Price Recommendations	The ability to view price recommendations from the Price Recommendations List.
