Managing users and roles
- Log in as the system or IT administrator.
 - Select User Management.
 - Search for the user ID you want to manage.
 - 
				To edit a user's role: 
				
- Click the Edit icon.
 - Select the role(s) from the Role Name list.
 - Click the Save icon to save your changes.
 
 - 
				To deactivate a user: 
				
- Click the Edit icon.
 - Select No in the Active column.
 - Click the Save icon to save your changes. The user is no longer active.
