This section provides a table of resolved customer-reported defects and fixed issues included in this release.

Area Description Test Steps
User interface Updated the message that is displayed when you attempt to approve a regular price change at an unauthorized location so that it is more clear and provides useful information to the user (correcting an issue where the application displayed an incorrect error message stating that a regular price change cannot be used for an initial price change). (WFMPE-6325)
  1. Select Price Change List.
  2. Click Create Price Change. The Create Price Change page is displayed.
  3. Create a regular price change at a location unauthorized to sell the item.
  4. Attempt to approve this price change.
  5. Verify that the application displays an error message that says the item is not authorized to be sold at that location. Verify that the application does not display a message stating that a regular price change cannot be used for an initial price change.
System Corrected an issue that prevented after-hours item authorizations from going into effect until the following system day. (WFMPE-5970)
Note: This should be tested after the regular close of business.
  1. Select Price Change List.
  2. Click Create Price Change. The Create Price Change page is displayed.
  3. Create an initial price change for a new item at an authorized store.
  4. Verify that the price change was created successfully that same day.
System Completed performance improvements to the price change approval process, resulting in a more efficient approval time when processing price change approvals in bulk (correcting an issue where users experienced a slowness when processing multiple files or stores with price change approvals). (WFMPE-6051)
  1. Load multiple files of price changes into the system for approval.
  2. Verify that the overall performance does not degrade after each file.
