Group Quotations

Use the Group Quotations screen to create and manage quotes for group booking events such as corporate events, conferences, and weddings.

A list of existing quotations is displayed wherein you can view this information:
Name
The name of the group booking.
Arrival Date
The arrival date of the group booking.
Departure Date
The departure date of the group booking.
Total Room Nights
The total number of rooms reserved for the group booking.
Room Night Impact
The net change in room nights after accepting the group quotation.

Room Night Impact = Room nights with group – Room nights without group

Type
The type of the group booking.
Allotment Code
The code that is used to associate the quotation with the group booking in PMS (Property Management System).
Last Quoted
The last quoted date and time for the group booking.
Status
The status of the quotation. Possible values:
  • Quoted
  • Accepted
  • Rejected
