Manage Packages tab

Use this tab to create packages such as breakfast, lunch and birthdays. You can also favorite the preferred packages.

You can use these options on this tab:
  • Add: To add a new package.
  • Archive: To archive a package.
Note: 
  • The application creates a default breakfast package. However, you can modify the price of this package.
  • You can archive multiple packages.
  • You cannot archive the default breakfast package.
You can review or modify this information:
Package
The name of the package.
Note: You cannot modify the name of the default breakfast package.
Price
The price of a package.
Note: By default, the price is defined by the application. You can modify the price.
Revenue Category
The type of the revenue category. Possible Values:
  • Room
  • F&B
  • Other
Note: By default, this field is set to F&B for the default breakfast package. You cannot modify this value.
Posting
The type of package charges for a group quotation. Possible values:
  • Per Guest
  • Per Room
Note: The Per Guest option is selected by default. You cannot modify this value for the default breakfast package.
Favorite
Indicates if a package is marked as preferred.
Note: Favorite packages are displayed as options on the Stay Details screen when you create a new quotation.
