Data Provider

Use the Data Provider section to configure the data provider for the property. The competitor data such as the hotel name, hotel address is retrieved from the data provider.

You can select these competitor data sources:
  • Internal Competitor Data Feed: The data is provided by RMS and is configured through these channels:
    • Booking.com
    • Expedia
    • Trip.com
  • 3rd Party Rate Shopper: The data is provided by an external data provider (OTA Insight). The channels are displayed based on the data provider.
