Pricing Strategy widget

Use the Pricing Strategy widget to view or adjust the pricing strategy for a selected date. You can modify the minimum and maximum prices for each room type.

Note: This widget is available only for properties using Continuous Pricing.

The widget displays a table with this information:

Room Type: The name of the room category (e.g., Standard, Deluxe, Suite). This is Listed in the same order as the Room Types screen in the PMS (Property Management System).

Min Price: The minimum allowable price for the room type.
Max Price: The maximum allowable price for the room type.
Pricing Strategy Label: The name and color of the current pricing strategy for the selected date.

You can perform these actions using the More option:

Select the View/change strategy option to modify the pricing strategy.
Select the Edit min/max price option to modify the minimum price and maximum price.

You can create custom strategy by modifying the Min Price and Max Price

Note: If the current price is equal to the maximum price, the maximum price is highlighted in red color, and the Max price reached. Consider increasing it or switching to a different strategy message is displayed.
