Analyzing the data

Follow these steps to change the view parameters for the Analytics screen:

  1. Select Menu > Analytics.
  2. For at-a-glance data, specify this information:
    Date Range
    Specify the start date and end date for the period you want to analyze. Optionally, select the days of week you want to work with.
    Metric
    Select one of these metrics from the menu:
    • Room Nights
    • Occupancy %
    • Room Revenue
    • Room ADR
    • Room RevPAR
    • Capacity
    Dimension
    The dimension list is dynamic, dependent on the selected metric:
    • Rate Category
    • Market Segment
    • Booking Category
    Comparisons
    The day or period of time to use as a comparison. Default is last year (LY).
  3. Select Apply.
    Note: Use the grid, graph, and chart icons to change how the analysis is displayed.
Select ··· > CSV Export to export as a CSV file.
Note: The extracted analysis depends on these details:
  • The analysis type selected in the Analysis Type field
  • The criteria selected from the Parameters menu
