Adding users

Follow these steps to add users to properites:

  1. Select Menu > User Management.
  2. Select +, then spcify this information:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email
  3. If the grid shows an available property, select the check box.
  4. If there is no property to select, then specify this information:
    Property Name
    The name of the property to which the new user is allocated.
    Brand
    The hotel brand to which the property belongs.
    City
    The city where the property is located.
    Country
    The international country code of the allocated property. For example, GB, DE, or ES.
    Role
    The role of the new user.
  5. Select Save.
  6. Optionally, if you are not happy with your changes, select Reset Changes.
