Managing interface publishings

Select Menu > Configuration > Interfaces.

In your property interface column select Active.

Open the Settings tab.

Specify this information:

Code: The code of the interface that you selected.
User Name: The user name to connect with.
Password: The password to connect with.
Endpoint: The endpoint to connect with.
Publish Rates: Specify whether you want to enable rates publishing.
Rate Code: If Publish Rates is enabled, you must specify a rate code. The selected rate code is the target of the rates publishing.
Publish Restrictions: Specify whether you want to enable restrictions publishing. This part is displayed only if your property interface has the capability.
LOS Restrictions: Once the Publish Restrictions is enabled, you can specify whether you want to publish restrictions by Rate Category or Rate Code. The displayed options depends on your interface capabilities.

Open the Room Types tab.

Select the room types to be published by checking the boxes on the right side of the table.

Open the Restrictions tab.

This tab is displayed only if your property interface has the capability and Publish Restrictions is enabled on the settings tab.

Select the rate codes or rate categories to be published by checking the boxes on the right side of the table.

The rate codes table is displayed if you selected Rate Code from the LOS restrictions field in the Settings tab. If the rate code is not assigned to a rate category, this is grayed out and cannot be selected.

The rate categories table is displayed if you selected Rate Category from the LOS restrictions field in the Settings tab.

Select Save.
