Editing posting codes

Follow these steps to edit a posting code:

  1. Navigate to Menu > Configuration > PMS Mappings > Posting Codes.
  2. Select Edit to make changes to these columns:
    • Description: Specify a new short description
    • Macro: Specify the macro segment to which you want the posting code mapped to
    • Revenue Category: Specify the revenue category to which you want the posting code mapped to
    Note: You can apply a selected revenue category for multiple posting codes. The column is hidden in read-mode, it is displayed and editable only in edit-mode.
