Room Types
The Room Types screen shows defined room types for the selected
property.

Room types can be physical, combo, or virtual.
Each room type shows these default columns in the grid:
- Room Type: Room type code in the PMS
- Description: Short description of the room type
- Room Class: Groupings of room types used for optimization, yielding, and reporting
- Is Reference: The leading room type in a group of linked room types
- Virtual: Indicates whether it is a virtual room type
- Inventory: Number of built rooms for that room type
- Replaced By: Indicates whether the room type has been repalced by a different room type for the purpose of analysis and optimzation
Each grid column has search and filter options. You can select more (ยทยทยท) on the grid to personalize columns or reset filters.
